loss of weght

I've had a number of attempts to get loss of my weight. But anything of them didn't keep on.
In these days I saw a very simple way on TV. The way is only to have a drink water.
The key is its amount. You have to take 2L water a day.
When I saw the way first, I had a feeling it would be not so hard. But after starting it, I came to see it's a very sharp slope.
Have you had a drink 2L water? It's very hard.
